SitrepPrep is a training and nutrition log built for people who treat their physique like a project with numbers attached. It combines three things most apps split apart: precise macro tracking down to the ounce, high-volume workout logging built around a 50/40/30/20/10 rep pyramid, and body composition trends that show whether the last two weeks actually moved you forward.
Food can be logged by voice or by typing a plain sentence โ "six ounces of cooked chicken and five ounces of rice" โ and an AI coach turns that into exact protein, carb, fat and calorie numbers, then tells you what is left for the day in food terms rather than raw grams. Every weight is treated as cooked unless you say raw, portions are recorded exactly as you state them, and a coach-verified food library keeps branded items consistent instead of guessing from a crowd-sourced database.
It is for contest-prep bodybuilders, coached athletes and anyone in a serious cut or bulk who is tired of rounding errors. Workouts, weigh-ins, blood pressure and resting heart rate all live in the same daily and weekly reports, and logs can be exported or shared with a coach.
SitrepPrep is built and maintained by an independent coach and developer working directly with the athletes who use it. Feature requests come from real prep, not a roadmap committee โ if something in your prep is hard to track, tell us and it gets looked at.
