SitrepPrep is a tracking and logging tool for training and nutrition. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you enter.
SitrepPrep, including its AI coach and any macro or training recommendation, is for informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional or diagnostic advice. Talk to a qualified physician before starting or changing a diet or training program, especially if you have a medical condition.
Paid plans begin with a 14-day trial that requires payment details up front. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews automatically at the stated price for its billing period. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Don't resell access, share one account across multiple people, attempt to break or overload the service, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for injury, health outcomes, or losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its calculations.
