Your account email and name, and the training data you enter: meals and macros, workout sets, body weight, body fat readings, blood pressure and resting heart rate. Voice notes are transcribed to text so they can be logged; we do not keep the audio.
Only to run the app for you — showing your logs, calculating your daily and weekly numbers, and answering your AI coach questions. If you are on a coached plan, your assigned coach can see your logs and messages. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data is stored on the Base44 platform. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which collects your billing details directly — we never see or store your card number. AI features send the text of your entry to a language model provider to be parsed.
You can edit or delete any entry at any time, export your logs, or email us to delete your account and all associated data.
